Terms & Conditions — ad77a Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ad77a" — refers to the online gambling platform operated under the brand name ad77a, accessible at https://ad77a.app and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Account" — the individual member account created by a Player upon registration on the ad77a platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance separately.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ad77a or any responsible gaming programme to which ad77a is subscribed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Registration constitutes your confirmation that all information provided is true and accurate. ad77a reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time and to suspend or close accounts where inaccuracies are identified. Providing false registration information, particularly regarding age, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

By maintaining an active ad77a account, you accept the following ongoing obligations:

• One account per person: You may hold only one active account at any given time. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — are prohibited and will be closed without notice.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security codes with any third party. ad77a will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach results from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Accurate personal information: You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times. Communications sent to outdated contact details are deemed received by you.
• Non-transferability: Your ad77a account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Account balances are not redeemable for cash outside of the normal withdrawal process.

ad77a employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely immune from security threats and that you use the platform at your own risk where threats originate from your own device or network.

All financial transactions on the ad77a platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal conditions:

• All active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Balance must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of any funds is permitted.

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts and payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ad77a reserves the right to impose a maximum weekly withdrawal limit, which will be communicated in your account cashier.

ad77a offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms page.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and certain RNG speciality games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be entirely excluded. Specific rates are listed per promotion.

Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and collusion between players — will result in the voiding of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the ad77a platform are operated under rules defined by the relevant Game Provider. ad77a makes every effort to ensure that the game rules are clearly displayed within each game interface. Random number generation: All RNG (random number generator) casino games on the ad77a platform use certified random number generation technology supplied by our Game Providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform and are not influenced by ad77a. ad77a does not manipulate game outcomes.

Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, the affected round or bet may be voided. ad77a will endeavour to resolve the situation equitably, but no liability is accepted for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond ad77a's reasonable control. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad77a platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using ad77a for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal activity, processing transactions on behalf of third parties, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the source of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, poker variant, or sports betting market, including through the use of shared betting signals or coordinated hedging strategies.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the ad77a platform or any Game Provider's software to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider for deposits made to ad77a without first contacting ad77a's support team to attempt resolution. All chargeback disputes are vigorously contested and any accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback activity will be permanently closed.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your ad77a account under any circumstances.

Closure by ad77a: ad77a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has been identified.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive calendar months.
• KYC verification has been requested but not completed within the specified timeframe.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
• Compliance with any legal obligation or regulatory requirement necessitates closure.

Where ad77a closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is due to inactivity, dormancy fees may apply in accordance with ad77a's dormant account policy, details of which are available from our support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ad77a's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ad77a account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ad77a expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether planned or unplanned.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party Game Provider software or services.
• Any loss arising from events outside ad77a's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, power cuts, natural disasters, or government action.
• Any loss suffered as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ad77a's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk. ad77a strongly encourages all players to set personal spending limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

ad77a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following notification obligations:

• Minor amendments — corrections, clarifications, or changes that do not materially affect player rights — may be implemented immediately and without advance notification. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any such change.

Your continued use of the ad77a platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 above.
